Occupational Therapist
The Home Health Occupational Therapist provides therapeutic services in patients’ homes,supporting independence in daily activities through individualized care plans.

Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Licensure: Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
Experience: Previous experience in home health or community-based settings is preferred
Skills: Strong clinical competencies, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in
developing therapeutic interventions suited to home environments.
Work Environment:
Home Health Occupational Therapists primarily work in patients’ homes, enabling therapy
tailored to familiar environments. The role typically involves travel and provides flexible
scheduling.
