Skilled Nursing

We provide specialized, personalized home health services, including daily IV antibiotic therapy. St. Agatha Home Health manages all aspects of infusion care, regardless of the prescribed medication. The prescribing physician oversees treatment and required lab monitoring, while a skilled nurse provides in‑home education on equipment use and medication administration for patients or caregivers. Our goal is to deliver high‑quality, complex care safely and comfortably in the home.

Dietitian

Our registered dietitian provides personalized nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy right in the comfort of home. We create tailored meal plans to manage chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, or malnutrition, support post-hospital recovery, ensure proper calorie and nutrient intake, and address special dietary needs.

Occupational Therapy

The little things matter. Getting dressed. Making breakfast. Feeling like yourself again. We help you regain independence in the daily activities that mean the most to you.

Speech Therapy

Finding the right words or enjoying a meal shouldn't be a struggle. Our therapists help you communicate clearly and swallow safely, so you can feel like yourself again.
