Occupational Therapist
The Home Health Occupational Therapist provides therapeutic services in patients’ homes,supporting independence in daily activities through individualized care plans.

Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Licensure: Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
Experience: Previous experience in home health or community-based settings is preferred
Skills: Strong clinical competencies, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in
developing therapeutic interventions suited to home environments.
Work Environment
