I’m Gillian, but everyone calls me Gill, and I serve as the Administrative Assistant at St. Agatha Home Health. I graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Care, Health & Society from the University of Arizona’s College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. I love this role because I’m naturally detail-oriented and solution focused. I thrive on organizing things smoothly and problem-solving so the clinical team can focus on what they do best. At the same time, I genuinely enjoy helping people, whether that’s supporting our patients and families behind the scenes or making sure every interaction at St. Agatha feels welcoming and efficient. Outside of work, I recharge by spending time with my family and friends and watching live music and concerts, cheering on sports, hiking, practicing yoga, trying new restaurants and experiences, and playing fetch with my dog, Siopao (he’s my favorite workout buddy!). My go-to comfort foods are Filipino sinigang (that warm, tangy broth always hits the spot) and mochi ice cream for a sweet treat. I come from a close family with an older brother, older sister, and younger brother, and Siopao keeps us all laughing at home. I chose St. Agatha because it’s a company that truly cares about our patients, their families, and our team. We make ourselves available 24/7 to ensure every need is met with compassion and reliability. I want our patients and families to know they’re never alone here; we’re always ready to listen, support, and go the extra mile so they feel cared for like family. It’s an honor to be part of a team that puts people first every single day.
