Justin Marasigan

Justin Marasigan, BSN, RN, currently serves at St. Agatha Home Health. He has been a dedicated nurse for over 10 years. In 2021, Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Nevada State College, further advancing his expertise and commitment to patient care. Prior to joining St. Agatha, Justin was a highly regarded nurse at St. Rose in the Med/Surg unit at the Sienna Campus. During his tenure, he was recognized as a Daisy Award winner, an honor bestowed upon nurses who demonstrate exceptional care and compassion. Remarkably, Justin was nominated by four different patients within a short period. One patient expressed, "Justin made my stay warm and comfortable. I joked with him saying my visit here was like a staycation, and he was the best concierge. On a serious note, he was very kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and always there when I needed him." In 2025, after gaining extensive experience in home care, Justin became the Administrator of St. Agatha Home Health in Henderson, Nevada. Nursing was initially his mother’s dream for him, but it quickly became his own passion. Justin’s career and mission are centered on delivering excellent care to seniors in his community. He finds home health care especially rewarding and is devoted to supporting both his patients and his team members. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Justin enjoys spending quality time with his family. He is a proud father of two children, a boy and a girl, and looks forward to adding a dog to their active household. Justin is also known for his athleticism, regularly playing as the center for the St. Agatha basketball team. To relax, he enjoys watching and playing sports, often accompanied by his favorite Boba drink. Justin is passionate about providing the best possible care for his patients. He wants patients to know that they will find no greater advocate for their well-being. Justin and his team are committed to going above and beyond to ensure that every patient experience outstanding outcomes.
