Elizabeth Nellis

Elizabeth Nellis, COTA, brings over 31 years of dedicated experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, having trained in her hometown of Los Angeles. She chose occupational therapy because she truly enjoys helping patients regain the ability to participate in meaningful daily activities and improve their overall quality of life. Especially working with seniors to build independence and confidence. Elizabeth finds great fulfillment in seeing patients return home safer and more self-assured in their environments. Outside of the clinic, she unwinds with art, family time, and savoring Mexican and Italian comfort foods. A devoted family member, she is the proud mother of four children (three girls and one son), with three living locally and one in Texas, plus three beloved dogs. Elizabeth chose St. Agatha for its highly experienced clinical team and collaborative spirit. She wants patients, caregivers, and physicians to know that occupational therapy is at the heart of the practice and empowering you to thrive safely and confidently at home.
