Noel Arcilla

Noel Arcilla, PTA, is a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Carrington College in 2013 (hailing from Detroit, Michigan). After starting in nursing school, Noel found his true calling in physical therapy assisting, where he thrives on supporting patients to regain strength, mobility, and independence under the guidance of physical therapists. He loves the hands-on impact of helping people move better and live more actively every day. Outside the clinic, Noel stays energized through workouts, playing basketball in leagues, coaching kids (including basketball and other sports), and traveling. A dedicated family man, he is the proud father of three children (a boy and two girls). Noel chose St. Agatha for its honest, loyal, and highly clinical team environment. He wants patients to know the practice is committed to going above and beyond—delivering dedicated, trustworthy care that puts you first and helps you achieve your best recovery.
